Silver Medal winner at the prestigious Decanter World Wine Awards 2025. This Grande Réserve Cuvée from Domaine de la Rouillère’s Côtes de Provence Rosé is made from five grape varieties, an explosion of flavor! Grenache brings richness, body, and power to the wine. Cinsault is ideal for rosé winemaking; it contributes freshness, finesse, and fruitiness. Mourvèdre thrives in a sea view, ripening properly. In its youth, it offers aromas of violet and blackberry. Syrah provides a tannic structure that is both powerful and smooth. Rolle gives the wine aromas of citrus and pear, resulting in a rich and balanced wine.

Goes well with

Grande Réserve rosé pairs perfectly with seafood dishes, Mediterranean and Niçoise salads and is perfect with stuffed squid, pissaladières, or spicy dishes and goat cheeses.

Producer Profile

Domaine La Rouillère, established in 1900, takes its name “Rouillere” from the river that flows through the middle of the property. Bertrand and Magali Letartre, in their words, “awakened the sleeping beauty” by purchasing Domaine de la Rouilère in 1998. A new era then began for La Rouillère and its new owners, as they quickly established a terroir that blends innovation and tradition. They continue to demonstrate their expertise and authenticity in preserving the historical character of the La Rouillère vineyard and its iconic wines.

Viticulture

The vineyards are planted with 7 precious grape varieties: Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah for red and rosé wines. Then Vermentino (Rolle), Semillon and Ugni Blanc for white wines. The Domaine’s vineyard plots benefit from a perfect combination of exposure and terroir to produce top-quality Côtes de Provence appellation wines. Oenological expertise combined with the latest innovations in wine production produce light, flavourful wines that are appreciated by the most discerning palates.

Winemaking

Bertrand and Magali Letartre are committed to offering signature wines crafted using traditional methods, thanks to their 1700m² fully equipped cellar, as well as cutting-edge technology and exceptional cleanliness. This allows for meticulous winemaking and brings purity to the wines of Domaine de la Rouillère. These state-of-the-art winemaking techniques, combined with innovative production methods, allow great wines to emerge at La Rouillère.

Made from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Rolle, and Mourvèdre grapes, the Grande Réserve rosé (AOC Côtes de Provence) graces the finest tables.
